At Copper Footwear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- You may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacement and Exchange Policy
We have 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
